Senior Data Engineer Talend - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Talend Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance data integration solutions.

In Short

• Conduct unit and integration testing.
• Automate data cleaning processes according to specifications.
• Manage, maintain, and document data flows.

• Establish technical specifications based on needs analysis.
• Report activities to the project manager.

Requirements

• Higher engineering education.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering with skills in Talend Data Integration or Talend Big Data in an agile context.
• Knowledge of data architectures and cloud environments.
• Experience in data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, D3.js, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Spark, Scala, Python, Java, SQL).
• Expertise in operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Solaris) with a focus on data storage and ETL tools.
• Proactive in keeping up with technological advancements and enjoy networking (events, conferences, meetups, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
