Sprout Social is looking to hire a Manager, Internal Integration and Automation to the IT team.

In Short

• Lead foundational integrations and automations in IT.
• Work closely with executive leaders to shape automation vision.

• Oversee RPA workflows using tools like SnapLogic and Okta.
• Manage integration of core enterprise systems through APIs.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to automation engineers.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering or RPA development.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Strong understanding of software development practices.
