• Own and scale Sprinto’s Audit Experience Program.
• Lead a team of InfoSec and Audit specialists.
• Onboard and manage Sprinto’s partner network.
• Set and enforce quality standards and governance.
• Define and track core KPIs related to audits.
• Build repeatable playbooks for audit processes.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve audit velocity.
• Drive innovation and automation in audit experiences.
• Collaborate across multiple functions including Product and Sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent audit outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Information Security, Compliance, and Audit management.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
• Experience in building and scaling programs/processes.
• Proven team management skills.
• Experience working with global customers and partners.
• Tech-forward mindset with interest in AI and automation.
• Excellent communication skills.
