Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in structuring agile development projects.
• Extensive experience leading technical product owners and delivery managers.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Understanding of technical implications of business requirements.
• Passion for the climate tech industry is a bonus.
