Liatrio is a boutique consulting firm that helps enterprises deliver software faster, safer and more efficiently. We are looking for a delivery principal who is passionate about modern engineering practices and enabling clients through knowledge transfer and coaching.

In Short

• Accountable for engagement excellence and client relationships.
• Manage a team of 4-10 members.
• Guide clients on DevOps transformations.

• Utilize tools like Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Travel between remote work and client sites.

• Annual salary range of $180,000 - $226,000.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
• Willingness to travel 8-12 times a year.
• Experience in engineering management roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps tools.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
• Commitment to open communication and collaboration.
