• Role: Scrum Master.
• Facilitate product/program-related agile events and maintain product/program artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product Ownership to deliver prioritized backlog.
• Engage in the escalation/mitigation of risks and impediments.
• Maintain productive relationships with agile team roles and stakeholders.
• Educate teams on self-organization and Lean-Agile practices.
• Partner with leadership to deliver innovation ideas aligned with client priorities.
• Drive Azure DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• 9+ years of work experience or 2-3 years in CPG delivery teams or consulting.
• Microsoft ADO skills and expertise are a MUST.
• Ability to articulate Scrum Team's performance and build data-driven dashboards.
• SAFe® Scrum Master certification.
• Project management experience balancing schedules, costs, and timelines.
• Proven track record of agile team leadership and project delivery.
• Ability to communicate and deliver clear program/team status and action plans.
• Experience leading Scrum/Agile team events and supporting PI Planning events preferred.
