Overview

Sprinto is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join the People Team, embedded within the GTM organization to help scale sustainably by enabling people's success.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and CS leaders.
• Translate team priorities into people strategies.
• Embed and amplify Sprinto’s culture code.
• Enable performance and development through structured frameworks.
• Collaborate on compensation structures tailored to Sales/CS needs.
• Monitor key people metrics to drive organizational decisions.
• Build people experiments and track their impact.
• 5–8 years in HRBP or People Partner roles.
• Hands-on experience with Sales or Customer Success.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth B2B startups.
• Strong business orientation in GTM functions.
• Prior experience in org design or performance management.
• Proficiency in people metrics and data analysis.
• Brownie Points: Built bootcamps or sales enablement programs.
• Familiarity with tools like Lattice or CultureAmp.
• Experience in remote-first organizations.
