• Join the Customer Experience team as a Senior Technical Program Manager.
• Define strategy for delivering data and analytics to customers.

• Lead customer consultations and requirements gathering.
• Define product roadmap for customer data.
• Manage data requests and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Analyze data trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a data function, preferably in a technical program management role.
• Experience leading customer engagements and managing data integration projects.
• Ability to articulate insights from raw data and present to customers.
• Foundational understanding of data exchange methods (e.g., REST, SFTP).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas.
