Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in business transformation and change management.
• 8+ years in program management or process improvement.
• 4+ years in a Product and/or Engineering organization.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Experience engaging and consulting stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate results-based impact of previous transformation programs.
