Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 5+ years with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack applications.
• Ability to design scalable systems.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bonus for Android/iOS development experience.
