Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by eliminating barriers to access. We seek a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist to oversee aging revenue, payment posting, and cash collections, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement.

In Short

• Manage full revenue cycle billing for medical claims.
• Resolve pending, rejected, or denied insurance claims.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment postings.
• Communicate with patients about billing and payment plans.
• Handle insurance A/R follow-ups and billing errors.
• Act as a liaison for claims resolution.
• Identify trends to improve revenue cycle management.
• Provide feedback on product and service improvements.
• Lead operational efficiency projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task effectively.
