Overview

The Revenue Cycle Specialist at Aria Care Partners facilitates timely collection of invoices by building relationships with business office managers and responsible parties.

In Short

• Communicates with assigned facilities for timely payment of invoices.
• Contacts responsible parties to obtain payment.
• Works in phone queue to answer billing questions.
• Documents all interactions in Salesforce.
• Recommends write-offs for uncollectable accounts.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Provides periodic updates to supervisor on accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Dependable and adaptable in a team environment.
