Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. The Senior Product Manager will ensure the platform meets security and regulatory requirements while enhancing internal tools for operational efficiency.

• Lead product strategy for FedRAMP compliance and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management focused on platform and compliance.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA.
• Experience with technical platform products in SaaS or cloud.
• Proven collaboration with engineering and security teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
