As the Senior Clinical Manager, Family Care, you will shape and scale how Spring Health supports members and families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

• Lead clinical initiatives for family care.

Requirements

• Licensed behavioral health practitioner with 5+ years post-licensure experience.
• Experience in direct care provision for children and families.
• Knowledge of neurodiverse issues and school-based clinical care.
• Familiarity with best practices for ADHD, ASD, and LD.
• Experience in clinical program management.
• Ability to work on interprofessional teams.
• Experience with clinical program design and implementation.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems.
• Proficiency with EHRs and electronic case management tools.
• Strong project management skills.
