Senior Clinical Trial Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of one or more Phase 1-4 clinical research studies, ensuring quality and efficiency in accordance with company objectives.

In Short

• Execute clinical studies in compliance with quality standards.
• Support the Study Project Manager in leading the cross-functional study team.
• Prepare Clinical Study Team meetings and ensure updates are communicated.
• Assist in developing the clinical study blueprint/protocol and related documents.
• Manage vendor selection and oversight for external vendors.
• Generate training for the study team, study sites, and vendors.
• Identify and resolve study-related issues proactively.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent scientific degree required.
• At least four years of Pharma-related or clinical research experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Competent in standard business procedures and compliance regulations.
• Preferred exposure to study initiation through completion.
