Senior Clinical Trial Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Manage execution and conduct of complex clinical studies.
• Drive selection and management of vendors/CROs.
• Oversee study contracting, budget, and payment processes.
• Lead study-related activities including protocol preparation and monitoring plans.
• Prepare content for internal and external study meetings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management for data collection and reporting.
• Provide routine project status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and provide expertise in clinical trials management.
• Monitor and track clinical trial progress.
• Participate in developing high-impact courses of action for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Oncology clinical trial experience is highly desired.
• Proficiency in project management and execution.
• Experience leading all phases of project lifecycle.
• Ability to interface with external sponsors as a subject matter expert.
