In Short

• Lead Study Start-up activities for clinical trials.
• Coordinate feasibility and site selection processes.
• Manage CROs and third-party vendors.
• Oversee study maintenance and compliance with GCPs.
• Participate in the development of study plans and materials.
• Ensure timely cleaning and delivery of clinical trial data.
• Lead and participate in internal study team meetings.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Assist with the completion of the Clinical Study Report.
• Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS in clinical or scientific discipline with at least 8 years of experience.
• 3 years of project management experience required.
• Experience managing Phase II / III clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
