• Join the Business Intelligence organization as a Marketing Data Analyst.
• Work with the Marketing team to define metrics and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analytics engineers.
• Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of metrics.
• Measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Explore attribution models and quantify marketing efficiency.
• Provide training and support for data products.
• Contribute to foundational data models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data analysis and visualization experience.
• Experience with marketing teams and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with dbt.
• Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools.
• Good communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for improving mental health care.
• Strong user empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with executive team members.
• Proactive in navigating ambiguous problem areas.
