Overview

The Marketing Data Analyst II will leverage their experience and knowledge of marketing data to deliver timely and relevant omnichannel marketing experiences to customers worldwide, ensuring continuous improvement in scaling operations for customer marketing programs.

• Serve as Marketing Data subject matter expert for the Customer Marketing team.
• Drive requirements for the implementation of a marketing automation platform.
• Craft and develop customer segments for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Analyze marketing programs and business performance for insights.
• Improve team efficiency through process and documentation enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy of outbound marketing campaigns through QA.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of Marketing Data experience.
• Understanding of complex marketing requirements and customer databases.
• Experience with SQL syntax and data-driven marketing platforms.
• Expertise in testing/optimization methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Experience with B2B and B2C data management.
• Hands-on skills in Python are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server and AWS database systems preferred.
• Experience with Tableau and/or QuickSight preferred.
