Overview

As a CIR Operations & Provider Support Manager at Spring Health, you will support the operational excellence of our Critical Incident Response services, ensuring high-quality coordination and performance management.

• Lead initiatives to optimize Critical Incident Response services.
• Partner with teams to create a provider performance dashboard.
• Oversee performance management for 1099 CIR providers.
• Conduct documentation audits for service quality.
• Manage quality control and resolve service delivery issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate provider training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Evaluate customer requests related to billing exceptions.
• Travel occasionally for provider training and team meetings.

Requirements

• Master's degree with an active clinical license required.
• 5+ years of experience in program operations or provider performance management.
• Strong understanding of Critical Incident Response protocols.
• Experience analyzing performance and quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Experience creating and optimizing SOPs.
• Skilled in facilitating meetings and training forums.
• High level of discretion in evaluating service concerns.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience managing networks of 1099 providers preferred.
