As the Head of Engineering at Sprig, you will lead the transformation of product development through AI, building a high-performing team and driving the company's growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience, preferably in SaaS.
• 4-6 years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Experience in a growth stage startup environment.
• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
• Ability to align the team on identified metrics.
• Experience managing B2B accounts with a digital presence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude.
• Adaptability to change and a focus on continuous improvement.
