Requirements

• Proven track record of building and delivering software projects/products from start to finish.
• Strong proficiency in both back-end and front-end development, with a focus on JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Capability to oversee full-stack projects, ensuring they meet both technical and business objectives.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, fostering a collaborative environment among team leads.
• Outstanding communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow the team’s capabilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
