Magpie Literacy is an early-stage, funded edtech nonprofit dedicated to eradicating illiteracy in America. Comprising a team of former educators, literacy curriculum experts, and product developers, the organization is committed to teaching every child to read through research-based instruction, personalization, and technology. With a focus on historically underserved students, including Black, Latino, Native American, and those experiencing poverty, Magpie Literacy is developing a comprehensive, tech-enabled reading product for pre-kindergarten through 8th grade that aims to foster foundational literacy and reading fluency at scale.
