Overview

Spreetail is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer experience across various marketplace channels while supporting operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Platform Service Operations team.
  • Coordinate delivery dates and handle complaints and return requests.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
