Senior Rollout Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Rollout Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution for SPREAD rollouts, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

• Manage SPREAD rollouts from post-sales handover to go-live and hypercare.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in complex enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in projects involving heterogeneous IT systems and data modeling.
• Ability to conduct structured workshops and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication skills in critical situations and escalations.
• Result-oriented with a focus on deliverables and measurable value.
• Collaborative and organized work style with hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
