Senior API Rollout Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to support the "Service Layer Platform" (IT API) project for a leading bank. This initiative aims to establish uniform guidelines, processes, and technologies for the development and operation of API services, ensuring consistent service quality and high release capability, allowing for faster and more efficient implementation of new services.

In Short

• Implementation of new API standards across various development teams.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials for the new standards.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to familiarize development teams with the standards.
• Monitoring the introduction of new pipelines, naming conventions, and automated tests.
• Close collaboration with standardization teams, technical experts, and development teams.
• Deep knowledge in API development and integration.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex content.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Ability to identify technical problems and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or similar.
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in API development and rollout of standards.
• Fluent German skills (documentation, training in German).
• On-site presence: at least 3 times a week in St. Gallen, 1-2 times at Zurich Airport Circle, home office by arrangement.
