Excel Specialist (Migration, Remote in Switzerland)

Overview

You will ensure the functionality of existing complex Excel files during the migration from the network drive to Microsoft Teams, focusing on links, macros/VBA, and add-ins stabilization after the transition.

In Short

• Analyze, correct, and stabilize Excel files with complex links, macros/VBA, and add-ins.
• Troubleshoot broken links and connections; ensure add-in/macro functionality after migration.
• Structured documentation (e.g., change logs) and close coordination with responsible owners/stakeholders.
• Process a package of at least 70 Excel files with mixed complexity within agreed time frames.

Requirements

• Deep Excel expertise: links, macros/VBA, add-ins, error analysis & resolution.
• Proven experience with migrations from network drives to Microsoft Teams/M365.
• Automation/Scripting (VBA; ideally also Python or Batch).
• Familiarity with add-ins/tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv, Salesforce, Adobe, TeleTrader, Baha, etc.
• Strong communication and documentation skills (change logs, coordination with owners).
