Overview

The Technical Implementation Consultant (Linux) is instrumental in acclimating clients to our software products. Through partnering with internal project teams, you will deliver a first-rate customer service experience to effectively install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot software to meet client needs. Relationship-building is a key skill along with your technical expertise and the ability to creatively problem-solve.

• Travel Requirement 25-50% (Domestic) depending on customer requirements.
• Deliver customer service experience to install and configure software.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 3+ years previous experience with enterprise software applications.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, Oracle, VPN Solutions.
• Understanding of system implementation and installation processes.
• Windows OS Troubleshooting skills.
• IT Desktop skills for setting up files and programs.
• Knowledge of Windows Permissions/Policies.
• Must be analytical and creative.
