• 10+ years of experience in product management or strategy roles.
• 5 years in a leadership position within healthcare IT.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare technology and regulatory environments.
• Ability to define a compelling product vision.
• Passion for understanding customer needs.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
