Overview

As the first Sales Manager dedicated to the CGP channel at Spiko, you will be responsible for owning the distribution strategy within the wealth management ecosystem, building relationships with CGPs and family offices.

In Short

  • Own Spiko's distribution strategy for CGPs and family offices.
  • Identify and sign CGP firms and multi-family offices.
  • Onboard and activate new partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process independently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the CGP landscape.
  • Gather insights to inform product decisions.
  • Track performance metrics and provide updates.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in B2B sales or business development.
  • Existing relationships within the CGP ecosystem.
  • Understanding of CGP operations and regulatory framework.
  • Extremely ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to run a full sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
