Spellbook is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to drive success for mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on delivering measurable value and managing customer relationships.

  • Manage renewals and coordinate upsell opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS.
  • Proven success managing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong sales acumen and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience creating QBRs and email campaigns.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to generate insights.
  • Problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Stripe.
  • Other responsibilities as required.
