The Air Component Advisor will provide subject matter expertise to realistically represent the Affected Nation's Air strategy to the training audience in accordance with the exercise scenario.

Provide expert advice on operational and strategic use of Air Assets.
Act as the focal point for AN Aeronautical matters during exercises.
Coordinate Military Air operational matters within the team.
Develop a Concept of Operations for military air assets.
Assist in the development of strategic and operational level scenario documents.
Monitor training audience activity and provide feedback.
Attend daily coordination meetings and provide SME advice.
Produce agendas and minutes of meetings.
Be prepared to update exercise documentation as needed.
Provide recommendations for improvement of NATO exercise processes.
Requirements
3 years’ experience at the rank of OF5 or higher in a national Air Force.
Experience briefing senior leaders in an aeronautical environment.
Experience as a Senior Officer in an operational or strategic Air force headquarters.
Operational planning experience in an Air Operations headquarters.
Sound operational knowledge of military civil aeronautical interaction.
