We’re currently expanding and looking for driven individuals to work remotely as sales representative. If you have strong interpersonal skills and want a career where you can help others while building long-term income and leadership potential, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll be meeting virtually with union members who have already expressed interest in our benefits — no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door sales. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools to succeed.

In Short

• Conduct virtual consultations with union members who have requested benefits
• Present benefit options and explain eligibility requirements
• Guide clients through the application process
• Participate in optional leadership development and team training

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Comfortable using basic computer applications
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required
