  • Take ownership of major enablement initiatives.
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align enablement programs with business objectives.
  • Measure the impact of enablement efforts using data and analytics.
  • Foster a feedback-rich environment for continuous improvement.
  • Be recognized as a go-to resource for sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams with training and resources.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Notion, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • 2+ years in sales enablement or related role within a SaaS or tech company (nice to have).
  • Previous experience in B2B software sales (nice to have).
  • Previous experience in developer tools (nice to have).
