In Short

• Work Onsite - Bridgetowne Quezon City or Work From Home
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila Time
• Identify and document tasks to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Assist in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job
• Manage the progression of invoices
• Conduct progress reviews with team members
• Review and quality control of invoicing
• Assist leadership with special projects and reporting
• Meet weekly and monthly financial goals

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Dependable with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
