Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing sales processes, supporting sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working remotely from Turkey.

In Short

• Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce.
• Process orders and invoices accurately and timely.
• Support the Account Manager and other sales staff.
• Assist with perpetual cloud licenses and customer transitions.
• Help with support ticket escalations.
• Act as an out-of-office backup for Senior Account Managers.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service.
• Maintain customer records and sales data in Salesforce.
• Generate and analyze sales reports.
• 1-2 years of customer/partner-facing experience required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a SAAS company.
• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of SAAS products and industry trends.
