In Short

• Write clean, readable and testable code
• Do code reviews and contribute to design & architecture discussions
• Build product features that are reliable and performant
• Participate in on-call rotation of engineers to keep the site up
• Own feature/service in production and ensure the system is up for our customers via monitoring, quick fixes and address root cause of issues.

Requirements

• Experience in backend development
• Strong understanding of code review processes
• Ability to contribute to architecture design
• Proficient in debugging and root cause analysis
• Experience in maintaining system uptime
