Overview

As a Lead QA at Sopra Real Estate Software, you will be responsible for defining quality best practices for our new SaaS platform, working closely with development teams to ensure high standards of quality in our solutions.

• Lead the quality assurance efforts for a new SaaS platform.
• Define quality policies and best practices for cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including Product Managers, UX/UI, and developers.
• Implement maturity levels and monitor adoption of quality practices.
• Facilitate the digital transformation and associated technical changes.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Contribute to team skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure reliability and effective reporting in test automation.
• Promote a pragmatic approach to test automation.
• Engage with stakeholders to gain team buy-in for quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in automated testing for complex web projects in the cloud.
• Passionate about test automation and related technologies.
• Experience with tools like PlayWright, Cucumber, Selenium, and Postman.
• Familiarity with BDD and DDT approaches.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for effective project collaboration.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent Master’s level education.
• Able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
