Software Team Lead - Remote

Overview

StarkWare is looking for a Software Team Lead. In this role, you'll lead a team of Backend engineers developing our core product. The initial period will be dedicated to pure hands-on work as part of the onboarding process: designing and developing complex high-performance, high-quality software, spanning across algorithms, application logic, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science from a University (with a high GPA)
• 5+ years of development experience in a high-level object-oriented language (preference for Python and C++)
• Experience building complex, high-scale, high-performance software
• Natural curiosity, quick learner and great interpersonal skills
• Passion for tech leadership and sharing knowledge
