Account Director - Infrastructure & Cloud - Transport - Remote

Overview

The Account Director will manage major client relationships in the Transport sector, overseeing project management, commercial development, and functional management within Sopra Steria's Digital Platform Services.

In Short

• Manage strategic and operational client relationships in Defense and Security sectors.
• Engage in commercial development and pre-sales activities.
• Lead project management for Infrastructure & Cloud projects.
• Handle complex contractual negotiations with clients.
• Provide functional management of multidisciplinary teams.
• Propose improvements to Cloud and Infrastructure solutions.
• Work with international teams and travel to Lille and Paris weekly.
• Possess strong customer service orientation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the Transport sector.
• Solid technical knowledge in Infrastructure & Cloud.
• ITIL and/or Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
