HR Generalist Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

This Human Resources Generalist position is responsible for providing Human Resources support to employees and managers across the EMEA region under the direction of the functional global Human Resources Business Partners. The position partners across the business functions to assist managers and employees at all stages of the employee life cycle.

In Short

• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of company programs and policies.
• Analyze business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Understand applicable governmental regulations and advocate compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and administer activities in various HR functions.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions for all new employees.
• Conduct exit/stay interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Assist with the rollout of updated or new HR programs.
• Review employee handbooks of EMEA countries regularly.
