Overview

The Manager of Payor Contracting at SonderMind will develop, strengthen, and enhance payor relationships nationwide, leading negotiations with payors and health plans to achieve favorable reimbursement terms.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field.
• Five years of experience in payor negotiations.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of managed care regulations.
• Experience with alternative payment models.
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
