Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is looking for an experienced Payor Contract Manager to manage the contracting life cycle, negotiate contracts with payors, and maintain payor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Math/Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare contracting experience.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models.
• Proven success in negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with IPA’s and new acquisitions.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Advanced Microsoft & CLM software experience preferred.
