Under the supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, he or she will assist in our commitment to provide our patients with a stellar patient experience by ensuring the highest quality and compassionate care. • Part-time position as Call Center Support Coordinator
• Remote work with preference for candidates in New York
• Hourly rate between $17 and $20
• Responsible for communicating changes in front office procedures
• Route escalated calls to appropriate departments
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Answer a high volume of calls
• Work schedule from 11am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Logical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
