The Client Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for SEEK’s clients by providing technical support, process optimisation, and proactive solutions that enhance their interactions with SEEK’s products and services.

In Short

  • Provide day-to-day customer and technical support to clients.
  • Support Senior Account Managers in managing client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience.
  • Ensure accurate completion of client contracts and product setups.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM for tracking client interactions.
  • Troubleshoot finance-related queries.
  • Assist with branding campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Premium Listings bookings and administration.
  • Provide coverage for team members when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues.
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
