Overview

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will provide client support to our Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring excellent client service and administration for relevant clients.

In Short

  • Proactively develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage pre and post-workshop logistics.
  • Fulfill client orders and ensure timely transactions.
  • Resolve customer queries to build client loyalty.
  • Create and manage accurate information on global systems.
  • Arrange conference calls and webinars for customers.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes for customer inquiries.
  • Provide holiday cover for team email inboxes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in customer support and CRM systems.
  • Good IT skills, especially in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel minimally.
