Overview

As a Tax Manager for the America region, you will manage direct and indirect US taxes, support tax accounting focused on US GAAP, and work within a dynamic finance team.

In Short

• Manage US tax compliance and consulting projects.
• Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Automate tax processes using software and AI tools.
• Oversee US tax audits and manage consultants.
• Prepare and book tax computations and adjustments.
• Assist in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Improve tax reporting and compliance processes.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Reconcile tax accounts and prepare group tax forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in US corporate taxation.
• Strong expertise in US tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with US GAAP tax accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like Oracle/Netsuite.
• Solid analytical and research skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• English proficiency; French is a plus.
