Accounting Lead - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Lead position at JR Automation involves managing customer jobs, revenue reconciliation, and accounts receivable and payable, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Review and set up customer jobs according to policies.
• Generate and reconcile monthly revenue schedules.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in automotive or engineering services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Firm understanding of GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with report writing tools.
