Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in managing technology delivery centers.
• Proven expertise in AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of Colombian legal and financial regulations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with global teams and matrix structures.
• Background in scaling technology teams.
• Experience with European and US clients is advantageous.
