In Short

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Java 21, Spring 6, and MariaDB.
• Implement high-performance backend code for production applications.
• Refactor applications to integrate new database schema.
• Design data ingestion pipelines with Spring Batch.
• Conduct performance testing and tuning.
• Monitor application health and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
• Experience with relational database schema design.
• Optimizing DB queries for performance.
• Experience designing REST APIs with Spring MVC.
• Proficient in Git.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies.
• Performance troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Spring Batch is desirable.
• Leadership experience in development teams.
